Please note that international taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, USPS, or DHL, and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.

As the majority of our jewelry is made to order and handcrafted specifically for each client, orders may only be canceled within 7 days of purchase.

Most pieces purchased on this website may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the date you receive your order, provided they are returned unused, undamaged, and complete.

A select number of pieces are not eligible for return. Any return restrictions will be clearly noted in the individual product description.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet the conditions of our return policy will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

If a refund is granted, we will refund the cost of the item(s), excluding the original delivery charge, once the goods have been returned and inspected. Please note that the client is responsible for the item(s) until they are received by us. We recommend using a secure delivery service that requires a signature as proof of receipt and insuring the package for its full value.
